										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>MORE has recently secured two important orders from leading steel producers in the United States for the supply of CATFIS 2.1 sampling and measuring lance manipulators, designed to operate directly through the slag door of electric arc furnaces.</p>
<p>The CATFIS 2.1 system is a multi-axis manipulator developed to perform critical EAF operations such as sampling and temperature measurement while keeping operators away from hazardous areas on the melting floor.</p>
<p>Thanks to its compact structure and flexible configuration, the system can be installed even in constrained spaces while maintaining full control of movements and trajectories.</p>
<p>Designed specifically for the harsh environment of steelmaking plants, CATFIS 2.1 ensures reliability, fast cycle times and simplified maintenance.</p>
<p>Among the main technical features:</p>

The electric arc furnace is equipped with a newly developed injector solution, capable of delivering an oxygen flow of up to 4,700 Nm³/h under truly supersonic conditions.<br />
A PARPI slag-door operating oxygen and carbon lances has also been installed, demonstrating performance of oxygen flow up to 5,500 Nm³/h .<br />

<p>La risorsa sarà coinvolta nella progettazione meccanica di pacchetti tecnologici per l’industria siderurgica e si occuperà in particolare di:</p>

<li>Calcoli strutturali, dimensionamenti e analisi FEM</li>

<p>You will be involved in the mechanical design of technological packages for the steel industry, with a focus on the following activities:</p>

<li>Design and development of mechanical components and systems using CAD/CAE software</li>
<li>Preparation of feasibility studies, installation layouts, cost evaluations and definition of technical solutions</li>
<li>Collaboration with the engineering team to ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry standards</li>
<li>Structural calculations, sizing activities and FEM analysis</li>
<li>Support to the production department during construction, assembly and factory testing phases</li>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Maghreb Steel, the only producer of flat steel in Morocco and a major player in the North African steel industry, has recently installed two MORE solutions at its plant: MOTANK and STROP.</p>
<p>This implementation is part of the company’s broader strategy to pursue the goal “Zero accidents by choice”, placing worker safety at the core of every technological investment.</p>
<p>Through major investments, Maghreb Steel has consolidated its leadership position in the Moroccan steel sector, with an annual production of 1 million tons of slabs.<br />
At the same time, the company has built an organizational structure dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of health and safety at work, promoting a proactive and shared approach among all employees.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In the last four months, MORE has successfully commissioned five new electric arc furnaces in Canada, the United States, and Mexico, working with some of the leading steel producers in the region.</p>
<p>The furnaces, ranging from 56 to 250 tons of tapped steel, reach a combined nominal production capacity of over 5 million tons per year. They are equipped with advanced technology and chemical packages designed to:</p>
<ul>
<li>reduce energy consumption,</li>
<li>increase process efficiency,</li>
<li>improve workplace safety through Zero Men Around automation solutions.</li>
</ul>
<p>These projects further strengthen MORE’s presence in North America and confirm our commitment to delivering innovative technologies that support sustainability, efficiency, and safety in steelmaking.</p>

<p>La corsa è organizzata in ricordo della piccola Adele e a sostegno del reparto di Radioterapia Pediatrica del CRO di Aviano, con l’obiettivo di contribuire all’acquisto di supporti per i trattamenti con protoni destinati ai bambini affetti da tumori cerebrali.</p>
