We’re pleased to announce that NUNKI STEEL (GIVA Group), based in San Giorgio di Nogaro, Italy, has selected MORE to supply a new pneumatic injection system for carbon-neutral material blends.

Installed on their 90-ton Electric Arc Furnace, the system will reduce both CO₂ emissions and operational costs by replacing traditional foaming agents with recycled polymers and/or rubber mixed with conventional coke.

– Solid material injector with FLASH STOP safety system
– Two MOCA dispensers (2,500 L each)
– Precision mixing screw conveyor
– Full automation with melting profile integration
